Pastor Dwyane O. Fleming Sr. is the Founder and Pastor of the New Paradise Worship Center Church in Gresham, Oregon. An anointed
and gifted teacher, preacher and administrator, Pastor Fleming is known for his down-to-earth, life-applicable, realistic
approach to preaching and teaching God’s Holy Word.
Pastor Fleming graduated from Andersonville Theological Seminary of Camilla, Georgia,
from which he graduated, summa cum laude, with a Bachelors of Theology degree. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Pastoral
Care and Masters of Divinity degrees. His goals include earning a Ph.D and writing children’s literature.
In addition to his duties at NPWC, Pastor Fleming is CEO of the P.O.W.E.R FOUNDATION, a non-profit corporation which strongly supports families and small business owners. He also serves as president of the Paradise Bible Training Institute and Degrees of Faith Ministries. He has served as the Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Team Platinum Northwest, an organization focused on financial empowerment, identity theft awareness, and which helps men and women of all ages who have a desire to become entrepreneurs. Pastor Fleming has also worked on the African American Parental Advisory Board for the Vancouver, Washington school district.
Pastor Fleming is married to the former Tamara Michelle Sie and is the proud father of three children, Kennedy Breann,
Dwyane O’Neil II and William J. Alexander.
Above all, Pastor Fleming is a born-again, baptized believer and knows that the power of Jesus can and will transform any and every life surrendered to Him.
